Wine + Wonton Pairing Event

Wednesday, Aug 13 | 6 p.m. 

Join Glendale Ridge Vineyard and Rustic Fusion – Egg Roll Evolution for guided wine and wonton pairing event. Sit along the vines, sip and snack as you learn about delicious local wine and incredibly crafted foods. Winemaker, Tim Beaudry, will talk you through each of our wines and why each pairing works. Rustic Fusion – Egg Roll Evolution chef, Chris Snow, will explain the tasting notes and development of these vineyard specific wontons as you taste.

3. Seafood with Lump Crab Wonton paired with 2024 Estate Crescent White

5. Dark Chocolate Cherry Cookie Dough Wonton paired with Ode to Otis
