Join Pause and Pivot Farm and Glendale Ridge Vineyard on August 26th for a wine dinner with interludes from the winemaker and the Farm Kitchen team. Enjoy five courses (each one paired with wine), exploring one question: what actually counts as a salad? Raw, warm, meaty, we’re stretching the definition course by course, inspired by what’s local right now. Come with an open mind and leave with a few ideas for pairing wine with your own salad-forward meals at home.
