Food Truck! – Little Trúc

Little Trúc comes to Glendale Ridge for the afternoon. Known for their Southeast Asian food, they put together a new menu weekly (or daily!), based on what’s available to us from local farms and purveyors.

They also make roasted chili oil, a line of fresh curry pastes, and a few other products for cooking and drizzling at home. Definitely delicious
