What’s in the flight? Libretto Cafe has crafted up some incredible bites for us this month!

Lemon Hummus with Sauvignon Blanc
Bright and lemony: chickpeas blended with lemon, garlic, and extra-virgin olive oil.
Olive Tapenade with Corot Noir
Salty and punchy: a mix of kalamata and castelvetrano olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, parsley
Marinated Eggplant with Teroldego
Sweet and savory: Roasted eggplant marinated in a blend of sweet balsamic modena, extra-virgin olive oil, oregano, garlic, and just a hint of red chili flakes.
All served with Grissini
Thin and crispy: house-baked Italian breadsticks (gf sub carrot sticks)

How it works: pre-purchase your wine + antipasti flight to ensure you can participate in this one of a kind experience. Bring your confirmation email to the vineyard anytime during open hours Thursday, April 30 – Sunday May 3 to get your flight. *This is a self guided experience. You will receive your wine flight, antipasti flight and a tasting guide.

Non-alcoholic flights include the 3 antipasti samplings + one non-alcoholic drink out of our cooler.
