Sauced Wood Fire Pizza + Glendale Ridge Vineyard are bringing you an elevated Saturday night at the vineyard. Come out for this self-paced, four course, experience for two! Here is what your ticket will get you:

Course 1: Charcuterie Cups paired with 2022 Pétillant Naturel – Blanc

Course 2: Strawberry & Burrata Salad with Greens, Toasted Pine Nuts, Micro Basil, Guava Peach Vinaigrette, Balsamic Reduction paired with 2025 Estate Rosé

White Pizza: Fig & Pear with Black Mission Fig Jam, Goat Cheese, Prosciutto, Seckel Pears, Arugula

Red Pizza: Hot Honey & Ricotta with Broccoli Rabe, Local Sweet Italian Sausage

Paired with guests’ choice of 2025 Alvarinho or 2023 Estate Corot Noir 

Course 4: Nutella & Strawberry Dessert Pizza paired with Ode to Otis

How it works: Each ticket comes with an experience for 2. When purchasing your ticket, select your arrival time. Upon arrival, check in at the GRV tent where you will be greeted with your Pet Nat and charcuterie. Find a spot anywhere at the vineyard (a picnic table with a view in our Overlook Field, a shady high top in the pavilion or even our crisp cool air conditioned tasting room). When you are ready for your next course, you will simply head up and grab it!
